Grid & Weave values the trust of every customer, and our goal is to provide you with an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines your options.
- Policy Overview
We accept returns requested within 21 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original sale condition. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the original packaging is retained. - Return Conditions & Exceptions
All return requests must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories; as well as custom-made goods and final sale items.
- Return Process
Log into Your Account: Visit our website, log in, and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
Select Item(s): Find the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return”.
Submit Application: Select the reason for return and submit. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Ship Items Back: Please ship the item(s) back to the provided address along with a copy of the RMA number. For security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund Information
Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification. If the item meets our conditions, your refund will be approved.
Timing: The approved refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing.
Shipping Costs: For returns not due to quality issues, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the associated shipping costs.
